We survey the property, talk through the options, and give you a price we intend to stick to.
If the heating needs replacing, talk to us before you pick a boiler from a brochure. Mike looks at how the house is built, how you use hot water, and where the boiler and pipework sit now.
From that visit you get the options, including a Worcester where it suits the house, and a price with the work written down. The aim is no hidden extras once the job is agreed.
When the installation is finished, Mike shows you how the appliance works. A Gas Safe certificate follows, so you have proof the new appliance was installed to the regulations.

An older system full of sludge is often power flushed before the new boiler goes on. That protects the new heat exchanger.
