Boiler servicing and repair
Manufacturers ask for a service once a year. If the boiler has already failed, we repair it.
A service is a clean and a safety check, not a five-minute look at the pressure gauge. Mike works through the boiler, checks it is safe, and leaves it ready for another year.
If it has not been professionally serviced in the last 12 months, book it in. The same visit can pick up a worn part before it leaves you without heat.
When it needs a repair
No call-out charge. You pay for the repair, not for Mike walking through the door. If the boiler is not worth another part, he will say so, and talk about a new installation instead of selling one you do not need.
A noisy system or radiators that stay cold are often a power flush job rather than a new boiler. One Hayling customer was told exactly that, and the existing boiler carried on.
